The ideal candidate will have a strong background in property maintenance, fair housing regulations, and exceptional customer service skills. We offer a flexible work schedule and can work with your availability.
Responsibilities:
  • Manage all aspects of assigned properties, including maintenance, leasing, and tenant relations
  • Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations, including Fair Housing guidelines
  • Conduct property inspections and coordinate maintenance and repairs as needed
  • Handle tenant inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Maintain accurate records of property-related transactions and data entry tasks
  • Negotiate leases and rental agreements with prospective tenants
  • Implement strategies to maximize occupancy rates and rental income
  • Address tenant complaints and conflicts with diplomacy and effective conflict management techniques
Skills:
  • Proficiency in property maintenance practices and procedures
  • Knowledge of Fair Housing regulations and other relevant real estate laws
  • Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication skills
  • Experience in data entry and administrative tasks within a real estate setting
  • Ability to negotiate effectively and resolve conflicts professionally
  • Real estate administrative experience is preferred
  • Proficient in phone etiquette for effective tenant communication
