Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of assigned properties, including maintenance, leasing, and tenant relations
- Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations, including Fair Housing guidelines
- Conduct property inspections and coordinate maintenance and repairs as needed
- Handle tenant inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain accurate records of property-related transactions and data entry tasks
- Negotiate leases and rental agreements with prospective tenants
- Implement strategies to maximize occupancy rates and rental income
- Address tenant complaints and conflicts with diplomacy and effective conflict management techniques
Skills:
- Proficiency in property maintenance practices and procedures
- Knowledge of Fair Housing regulations and other relevant real estate laws
- Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication skills
- Experience in data entry and administrative tasks within a real estate setting
- Ability to negotiate effectively and resolve conflicts professionally
- Real estate administrative experience is preferred
- Proficient in phone etiquette for effective tenant communication
