This community consists of 1 and 2 bedroom apartments. This property requires an energetic, experienced, self-motivated Property Manager, who knows the area and demographics of Gurnee, IL and will make sure this community continues to thrive. Great work location, close to shopping and dining. The Property Manager position oversees all operations of the property including, but not limited to, marketing, leasing, resident relations, property inspections, supervising maintenance, and budgeting. Candidate must be friendly, outgoing, self motivated and dependable and must be proficient in computer programs including Microsoft Office.
