Oversees the collection of rents and payment of bills, taxes and insurance for properties, and provides property owners with reports on finances and the status of properties. Directs leasing operations, or equipment and machinery rentals, for a company or business. Determines charges and prepares rental or lease agreements; supervises inventory, equipment maintenance and recordkeeping for leasing operations.

About the job We are seeking an experienced Property Manager to oversee a portfolio of office/flex/industrial properties. In this role, you will be responsible for the overall financial and operational performance of the properties, including the physical condition of assigned buildings. The ideal candidate is a proactive, relationship-driven professional with strong commercial property management experience with a desire to provide best-in-class service and results. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with tenants, vendors, property accounting, leasing, and senior management to maximize property value, enhance tenant satisfaction, and achieve financial objectives. Key Responsibilities Manage the day-to-day financial and operational performance of assigned properties. Develop and administer annual operating budgets and monitor performance against budget. Prepare monthly budget variance reports and provide recommendations to improve performance. Conduct regular property inspections to ensure assets are maintained to the highest standards. Manage vendor relationships, review performance, negotiate contracts, and ensure quality service delivery. Build and maintain strong tenant relationships by responding to questions, concerns, and operational needs. Monitor accounts receivable and actively support collection efforts and dispute resolution. Oversee tenant improvement allowances and coordinate tenant construction activities. Ensure compliance with lease terms, property rules and regulations, maintenance responsibilities, ownership directives, and government regulations. Qualifications Bachelor's degree preferred. Minimum of 5 years of commercial property management experience. Prior experience managing a portfolio of office/flex and industrial properties preferred. Proficiency in vendor coordination, maintenance oversight, and ensuring compliance with building standards. Strong communication and relationship-building skills to work effectively with tenants, vendors, and property owners. Expertise in budget management, creating financial reports, and cost-effective property operation. Basic proficiency in property management software and related tools; ability to learn new technology quickly. Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and time management skills.
