We're seeking an exceptional Business Director to lead one of our award-winning, family-owned senior living communities. This isn't simply a management position. It's an opportunity to lead approximately 30 dedicated professionals while stewarding a business built on decades of integrity, financial responsibility, and an unwavering commitment to seniors. Required Experience
- At least 2 years of Property Management
- History of successful leadership of a team which ncludes managers and support staff over multiple disciplines. Who You Are

- You can identify operational issues quickly and work collaboratively with maintenance, housekeeping, food and beverage, and other department heads to resolve them. What You'll Do
- Lead and develop a team of approximately 30 employees.
- Provide your team with support, guidance, and clear expectations to ensure their success and that of the business.
- Understand following the established policies, practices, and procedures of the business is essential to consistent operational success and fair practices.
- Protect the financial health and operational success of the community.
- Steward our building, assets, and resources with care, purpose, and organization.
- Foster a culture built on respect, accountability, teamwork, and service.
- Deliver an exceptional experience for residents and their families.
- Partner with executive leadership to strengthen an organization built to serve for generations to come.
- Ensure the community is maintained to exceptional standards through preventative maintenance, routine inspections, and timely completion of repairs.
