Base Salary:

The Opportunity Are you a natural leader ready to build something great? Mosaic is taking a bold new direction in Pontiac, and we need a Direct Support Supervisor to help steer the ship. In this role, you aren't just managing schedules; you are the architect of a caring community. You will hire, coach, and inspire a team to provide life-changing support for the people we serve. If you have the grit to lead through transition and the heart to advocate for others, we want you on our team. Your Impactful Responsibilities As a leader in our Pontiac location, you will coordinate and manage program operations while ensuring we meet all regulatory standards.
Your day-to-day will involve:
Building a
Winning Team:
 Leading the hiring, training, and supervision of direct reports to maximize engagement and results.
Operational Excellence:
 Managing program operations, including coordinating appointments, activities, and overseeing the accounting of individual finances.
Safety & Advocacy:
 Monitoring the comfort and safety of individuals while ensuring all environments and activities comply with regulatory requirements.
Community Connection:
 Assisting individuals with integration into the community by accompanying them to recreational and social activities.
Crisis Leadership:
 Providing on-call assistance during emergencies and implementing behavior plans or strategies when needed.
Documentation & Stewardship:
 Maintaining accurate records of activities and developmental progress while managing house petty cash and individual funds.
SCHEDULE
Generally day hours Monday-Friday/some nights/some weekends/some on call responsibilities/flexibility requiredIdeally you have: A passion to serve others Strong attention to detail and an even stronger desire to serve others in a team environment A love of operations and creating seamless, efficient environments Excellent time management skills and the ability to juggle multiple responsibilities while communicating honestly about your timelines, challenges and questions.
