Duties:

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of multiple properties, ensuring they are well-maintained and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
• Develop and implement property management policies and procedures
• Handle tenant inquiries, complaints, and requests in a timely and professional manner
• Advertise and market available units to attract prospective tenants
• Screen and select qualified tenants, conduct background checks, and prepare lease agreements
• Collect rent payments, enforce lease terms, and handle evictions if necessary
• Coordinate maintenance and repairs, ensuring prompt resolution of issues
• Conduct regular property inspections to identify maintenance needs and ensure compliance with safety standards
• Prepare financial reports, budgets, and forecasts for each property Will train the right person.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Property Manager or similar role
• In-depth knowledge of property management principles and practices
• Familiarity with relevant laws, regulations, and Fair Housing guidelines
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Experience with property management software is a plus The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of property management principles, including knowledge of relevant laws such as Fair Housing regulations.
