Part-Time About Us United Way of Crawford County mobilizes people and resources to improve lives in education, health, and financial stability. We are seeking a Community Impact Manager to coordinate fundraising campaigns, manage community investments, and strengthen partnerships with local organizations. Key Responsibilities Coordinate the United Way community investment process and support funded programs Build and maintain strong relationships with community partners, donors, and volunteers. Plan and manage fundraising campaigns and events ( Art with a Heart,, Day of Caring, etc.). Oversee donor records, pledge processing, and acknowledgments using Andar software. Manage communications, including newsletters, social media, and publicity. Support budgeting, deposits, invoices, and general office operations. Represent United Way at community meetings, events, and public speaking engagements. Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in nonprofit management, business, or related field. Strong communication, event planning, and relationship-building skills. Grant writing and budget management experience preferred.
