We're looking for a detail-oriented, sales focused Assistant Property Manager to join our team at Hanover Place in Tinley Park, IL . Hanover Place is a vibrant, upscale 55+ active adult community where lifestyle is everything. Responsibilities Operations & Administration Support daily operations to keep the community running efficiently. Assist with leasing paperwork, move-ins, and resident files. Maintain accurate records, reports, and data systems. Help manage financial processes (AP/AR, rent collections, receivables). Ensure compliance with policies and procedures. Handle day-to-day problem solving with a calm, solutions-focused approach. Leasing Conduct tours and assist prospective residents as needed. Support the leasing process from inquiry to move-in. Maintain accurate availability and unit readiness. Assist with marketing and outreach efforts. Resident Experience & Support Serve as a friendly, professional point of contact for residents and visitors. Assist with resident communications, newsletters, and updates. Respond to questions and concerns with professionalism and urgency. Support community events and overall resident engagement. Build positive relationships that contribute to resident satisfaction and retention. Experience in property management, leasing, or a similar role. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Confidence working with reports, systems, and financial data. A positive, professional attitude with strong communication skills. Ability to balance administrative responsibilities with resident interaction. Detail-oriented mindset with strong follow-through. Experience in senior living communities is a plus. PI286527576
