Position Summary Seeking a Community Manager who is goal-oriented, enjoys new challenges, and has passion for property management.
The ideal candidate will strive to create happy residents through providing superior customer service and maintaining a positive attitude. As a Community Managers you will be responsible for assisting in the overall operations of the apartment community, rent collection, marketing vacant units, and various administrative duties. Essential Responsibilities Build and maintain positive relationships with residents, addressing any concerns or issues that may arise. Conduct property tours and effectively communicate the features and benefits of our community to potential residents. Coordinate and oversee the leasing process, including application processing, lease signing, and move-in/move-out procedures. Ensure compliance with all Fair Housing regulations and company policies. Manage rent collection processes. Oversee maintenance requests and ensure timely resolution of any maintenance issues. Conduct regular property inspections to ensure cleanliness, safety, and adherence to company standards. Manage the office and maintenance staff to ensure that all work is completed on time and following standards.
