As a House Manager, you'll be the heartbeat of the home — helping individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities live more independent, fulfilling lives in the community. You'll lead a team of Direct Support Professionals, coordinate medical appointments, and keep the home running smoothly — all while building relationships that truly matter.
