Job Description

Our client, a leading organization in property management, is seeking an Assistant Property Manager to join their team. As an Assistant Property Manager, you will be part of the Property Management Department supporting the Property Management team. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job? Provide comprehensive administrative support, including handling phone inquiries, typing reports, filing, and distributing correspondence. Coordinate and schedule meetings and special events as needed. Assist in lease administration activities, including tenant contacts and insurance documentation; generate reports. Prepare and coordinate bid proposals, service contracts, and approved invoices, ensuring compliance with company policies. Maintain and monitor property maintenance work order systems, prepare monthly reports, and track tenant work orders. What's Needed? High school diploma or GED; Bachelor's degree preferred. Customer service experience is preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to give and receive direction professionally and maintain confidentiality.
