Pedcor Homes is seeking an experienced Assistant Property Manager to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping drive community success, supporting site operations, and creating an exceptional experience for residents. Working alongside the Property Manager, you'll play a key role in leasing, resident satisfaction, rent collection, administrative functions, and the overall success of the community. What You'll Do Assist with the daily operations of a thriving apartment community Tour prospective residents and showcase apartment homes Process applications and prepare move-in documentation Provide exceptional customer service to current and future residents Assist with resident relations and retention efforts Support rent collection and administrative responsibilities Partner with the Property Manager to ensure community goals are achieved What We're Looking For Minimum of 2 years of apartment industry experience Proven success in leasing, sales, customer service, or hospitality Valid driver's license Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment Positive attitude with a team-first mentality Weekend availability required Why Pedcor Homes?
