Property Manager We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused Property Manager to oversee daily property operations, resident relations, and leasing activities for The Olivia in Carmel, IN. This role is responsible for driving occupancy, maintaining property performance, and ensuring resident satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Oversee daily operations of assigned properties Manage budgets, financial reporting, and rental rates Coordinate property maintenance and repairs Market and lease vacant units to prospective residents Build positive relationships with residents and address concerns promptly Supervise on-site staff and evaluate performance Ensure compliance with lease agreements and property regulations Maintain accurate records, invoices, and operational reports Qualifications High school diploma required; bachelor's degree preferred 3-5 years of real estate, property management, or sales experience 1-3 years of management experience Strong customer service, communication, and organizational skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel Experience with Yardi software preferred Work Environment Full-time position in a professional office setting. Schedule typically includes weekdays and occasional Saturdays based on business needs.
