This position plays a critical role in maintaining occupancy, controlling expenses, and delivering a high-quality resident experience. Responsibilities Manage daily operations of a multifamily apartment community Supervise leasing, maintenance, and administrative staff Oversee rent collections, accounts payable, budgets, and expense control Ensure units are market-ready, maintain curb appeal, and oversee work orders Execute marketing, outreach, and resident retention programs Ensure compliance with HUD, LIHTC, Fair Housing, and company policies Process move-ins, recertifications, and resident files using Yardi Qualifications 3-5 years of multifamily property management experience TAX CREDIT and HUD experience required.
