HI Management, a seasoned and reputable property management company, is seeking a highly qualified and experienced Property Manager to lead the operations of Park's Edge, an affordable housing located in Fort Wayne, IN. This is a full-time, on-site position offering competitive pay and an excellent benefits package. About the Role The Property Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the community's daily operations to ensure it remains a well-managed, compliant, and welcoming place for residents to call home.

Key responsibilities include:

Providing leadership, training, and support to on-site staff to ensure efficient and professional operations. Managing all aspects of property performance including leasing, marketing, budgeting, maintenance coordination, and resident relations. Ensuring compliance with Tax Credit (LIHTC) and maintaining accurate records and reporting. Monitoring financials to achieve budget goals and maintain property profitability. Promoting a positive, service-oriented atmosphere and ensuring high resident satisfaction. Qualifications Previous experience in Property Management required (affordable housing experience strongly preferred).
