Position:
We're looking for an experienced Community Manager who loves connecting with people, stays organized, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and can lead a team to success.
Job Duties:
Keeping your community running smoothly Ensuring compliance with Fair Housing regulations Preparing budgets and ensuring your propertyis profitable Effectively leading your office and maintenance teams Monitoring market trends and brainstorming creative marketing ideas
Job Requirements:
At least 2 years of property management experience Strong leadership abilities toguide and inspire your team Excellent communication skills and a knack for problem-solving Experience with property management software and MS Office A valid driver's license, a good drivingrecord, and reliable transportation
