Student Housing Schedule:

Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Join a Team That Makes a Difference! Are you an experienced Property Management professional looking for an exciting leadership opportunity? Career Strategies is seeking a motivated Community Manager to lead the daily operations of a thriving student housing community. If you're passionate about delivering exceptional resident experiences, driving occupancy, and leading a successful team, we'd love to meet you!

What You'll Do:

Lead all day-to-day operations of the community to ensure smooth, efficient performance. Drive leasing success by overseeing tours, applications, renewals, and resident retention. Maintain high occupancy while achieving leasing and revenue goals. Recruit, mentor, and support a high-performing on-site team. Foster positive resident relationships by providing outstanding customer service and resolving concerns promptly. Manage property budgets, monitor expenses, and assist with financial reporting. Ensure compliance with company policies, Fair Housing guidelines, and local regulations. Partner with the maintenance team to ensure work orders and property upkeep are completed efficiently. Create a welcoming, engaging environment where residents are proud to call home.

What We're Looking For:

Previous Property Management experience required (student housing experience is a plus!) Strong leasing, sales, and resident retention skills. Proven leadership experience supervising and developing a team. Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities. Ability to multitask and excel in a fast-paced environment.
