Employee discounts We're hiring a Community Operations Manager to help launch a new apartment community opening November 1 in Goddard, Kansas! This is a hands-on, fast-paced role for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing a large workload. The Community Operations Manager will play an important role in pre-leasing the community, conducting tours, preparing leases, communicating with prospective and current residents, coordinating maintenance requests, and supporting marketing efforts through social media, signage, local outreach, and other creative initiatives. We are looking for someone who is confident, proactive, and not afraid to bring new ideas to the table. The right person will be an excellent professional communicator who can stay on top of multiple priorities while providing a positive experience for residents and prospects.
Qualified candidates should have:
At least three years of leasing experience within a residential apartment community One year experience in moderate-income housing Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail The ability to manage a high volume of responsibilities and changing priorities Experience using Canva to create professional marketing materials and social media content The ability to quickly learn and confidently use leasing and property management software Excellent written and verbal communication skills A proactive mindset and willingness to suggest new ideas and improvements Immediate availability This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to take ownership of an important role and help shape a new community from the beginning.
