The ideal candidates will be responsible for assisting potential tenants in finding their perfect home while ensuring compliance with Fair Housing regulations. These roles require excellent customer service skills, strong organizational abilities, and a proactive approach to property leasing. Candidates will assist the property manager as needed with various tasks to run a busy office. Hiring for a full time assistant manager position in Overland Park. Prefer bi-lingual but not required. Please let us know if you are interested in this position. Responsibilities Greet prospective tenants and provide them with information about available properties. Conduct property tours, highlighting features and benefits to potential renters. Manage the leasing process from application to contract signing, ensuring all documentation is accurate and complete. Utilize OneSite software for data entry and management of tenant information. Negotiate lease terms and conditions with prospective tenants while adhering to company policies. Maintain positive relationships with current residents, addressing any concerns or inquiries promptly. Ensure compliance with Fair Housing regulations throughout the leasing process. Assist in marketing efforts to promote available properties through various channels. Collaborate with property management teams to ensure smooth operations and tenant satisfaction. Experience Previous experience in property management or leasing is preferred but not required. Strong customer service skills with a focus on building relationships. Proficiency in data entry and familiarity with property management software such as OneSite is a plus. Excellent negotiation skills and the ability to communicate effectively with diverse individuals. Knowledge of Fair Housing regulations is highly desirable. A proactive approach to problem-solving and attention to detail are essential for success in this role.
