DD Residential Manager

Summary Coordinate Residential Services to individuals receiving services on the IDD Waiver while taking into consideration the level of understanding the individual served has when assisting the individual with their needs and choices. When meeting with people in individual and group settings, both at the Center and in the individuals' home and community, flexible work hours are required. Travel is necessary in performing job functions. Collecting, completing and maintaining documentation and information in the residential home and in the office is an essential element in the daily duties. Employment Status Full-time Essential Job Functions Work with Customers, Guardians or DPOAs to assure that services are meeting customers' needs Identify and coordinate existing services that will assist in achieving the IL goals established in the Independent Living Plan Hire, schedule and train residential staff for individuals receiving services on the IDD Waiver Maintain back-up staff for customers served on IDD waiver Provide training to staff on essential IDD information and maintaining required documentation Keep required paperwork in a notebook in customers' homes and provide monthly quality assurance checks on customer records in the home and in the office Coordinate with Nurse to assure staff have required trainings to meet customers' needs Review Customer Intake Packets, DSW Employment Packets and staff timesheets Benefits Paid Sick/Personal and Vacation time Paid Holidays Health Insurance Life Insurance 403B Retirement Plan Assurity Supplemental Plans
