Job Description
Join our team in Wichita as a Mortgage Loan Originator! We are looking for a Mortgage Loan Originator who is prepared to make a difference in the lives of consumers who want to buy a home. As a Mortgage Loan Originator, you will consult with clients to assess their needs and recommend lending solutions. You will also help clients put together a complete loan application and work with our Operations team throughout the loan process. The ideal candidate will have at least three years of direct sales experience and a proven track record of generating at least $15 million annually in self-sourced residential loan volume. We are not looking for sales managers; instead we are looking for retail producers who maintain a strong reputation within the industry and among both existing and potential referral sources. Exceptional customer service skills, strong communication abilities, and a high level of professionalism are essential for success in this role.
