SCL Medicaid Waiver and MP Medicaid Waiver Experience
REQUIRED.
Residential Supervisor experience under these above mentioned waivers preferred.

Job Summary:
The Residential Supervisor is primarily responsible for ensuring that all day-to-day operations at our residential support sites are completed (such as documentation, med passes, and maintaining clean living spaces as well as adequate supplies). Additionally, the Residential Supervisor shall oversee all residential staff at the assigned location(s), develop work schedules, train staff when necessary, and fill in for vacant shifts as needed.
Required Competencies:
Four-Year Bachelor Degree or Two-Year Relevant Job Experience with SCL Waiver.
Primary Responsibilities:
Scheduling staff to cover residential shifts; covering any open shifts at the residential sites; attending Plan of Care meetings for the individuals we provide services to; and checking to ensure all documentation, med administrations, and trainings are completed in a timely manner by direct service providers and home managers
Additional Accountabilities:
Observing residential sites to ensure that they are clean, safe, and well maintained; coordinating with the Program Director to resolve any and all issues that may arise; supervising home managers; reporting any and all allegations of abuse and neglect; coordinating community activities; and ensuring that the residential sites have proper amounts of food and other supplies at all times
Preferred Competencies:
Organizational skills, time management, excellent communication, flexibility, follow-through, and commitment to go beyond minimal requirements
Physical Demands:
Regularly required to verbally communicate, use hands, and possess the physical capacity to reasonably perform his/her job in an office setting.
