Part-Time Floating Assistant Property Manager Position - Only Part-Time Candidates Will Be Considered Winterwood, Inc. is seeking an adaptable, detail-oriented part-time Floating Assistant Property Manager to join our team. In this dynamic, multi-site role, you will travel across a portfolio of properties to support day-to-day operations, ensure high occupancy, and deliver exceptional service to our residents. Assist the Property Manager with leasing and marketing efforts. Show available units to prospective residents. Ensure compliance with move-in file requirements, adhering to Affordable Housing program guidelines. Assist with processing Tenant Annual Recertifications. Notify the Property Manager of any property issues or damages. Enter work orders as reported by tenants. Conduct unit inspections and assist with related tasks. Issue late rent notices. Address tenant complaints and concerns to facilitate resolution. Complete all duties as assigned by the Field Supervisor and Property Manager.Qualifications:
At least 3-5 years of solid customer service or administrative experience. Ability to multitask, work collaboratively, thrive under pressure, and meet deadlines. Proficiency with technology and Google Workspace products. Strong communication skills with staff, residents, vendors, and others. Excellent customer service skills. Steady work history. Valid driver's license and ability to travel for training. Willingness to successfully complete a pre-employment drug screening and criminal background check.
