Construction and Property Management Apprentice

Overview This is a hands-on, fast-paced role working directly with the owner across two small businesses: a fencing company and a property management operation. As a Property & Field Operations Assistant, you'll support a mix of outdoor construction work and property operations, including fence installation and repair, property maintenance, and tenant turnovers. This role is a great fit for college students or anyone looking to learn practical skills in construction, property management, and customer relations while working side-by-side with the owner and seeing how a small business operates day to day. No prior experience is required—just a strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
