This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who enjoys being close to the residents, team, and property. You will oversee property operations, leasing and occupancy, maintenance coordination, resident relationships, financial performance, compliance, and team development. What You'll Do Property Operations Take ownership of the daily operations and overall performance of the assigned property. Conduct regular property inspections and proactively identify maintenance, safety, and operational concerns. What We're Looking For 3+ years of progressive leadership experience in property management, hospitality, retail management, healthcare operations, or another service-focused environment. Previous experience supervising and developing employees. Property management experience strongly preferred. Experience with leasing, resident relations, maintenance coordination, and property operations. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to analyze operational and financial information and make sound decisions. Strong customer service skills and a hospitality-first mindset. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and property management software, or the ability to quickly learn new systems.
