We are seeking a Residential Assistant Program Manager to help guide and support youth ages 11-18 who have experienced trauma, while mentoring a dedicated team in a therapeutic residential setting. In this role, you'll make a real difference
- supporting young people as they build safety, stability, and essential life skills, while helping staff grow into confident, effective caregivers.
Schedule:
4 days per week- Wednesday & Thursday 11:00 AM
- 8:00 PM, Friday 9:00 AM
- 9:00 PM & Saturday 9:00 AM
- 7:00 PM A Day in the Life As the Residential Assistant Program Manager, you will play a key leadership role on the floor
- supporting both youth and staff.
