PMR Companies, a premier Multi-Family Property Management Company, is seeking a Property Manager for The Coop at River Road in Prospect, KY. Property Manager Job Description Position is primarily responsible for managing all on-site operations, property financial and operational objectives. Position ensures that all activities are conducted in compliance with all local, state and federal employment, housing, landlord/tenant, safety and real estate laws. Job responsibilities include but are not limited to: overseeing the leasing process, administrative tasks, collecting rent, preparing financial data, overseeing property staff and property maintenance. This is a part time position, up to 29 hours per week (Monday - Friday, Tuesday and Friday will be full days, the other 3 will be half days). Eligible for New Lease bonuses. Property Manager Requirements Minimum 3 years of experience in Property Management. Chosen candidates must successfully complete a pre-employment reference check, background check and drug screen. High School Diploma (or equivalent) and Valid Driver's License is required. Regular attendance is an essential function of this position.
