  • Full-time We are seeking a full-time Community Manager to oversee the daily operations of a community.
This role focuses on providing excellent resident service, maintaining the appearance and safety of the community, increasing occupancy, and supporting sales and revenue goals. Key Responsibilities Manage day-to-day operations of the community Maintain and grow community occupancy by marketing available homes and assisting with sales and leasing Show homes, conduct tours, and provide information to prospective residents Collect rent and fees, post payments, and assist with delinquency follow-up Maintain accurate records in property management and CRM systems Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, including fair housing laws Assist with notices and eviction processes when necessary Coordinate move-ins and move-outs and work with maintenance teams to prepare homes for new residents Perform regular inspections to ensure the community remains safe, clean, and welcoming Respond to resident questions and concerns in a professional and timely manner Plan resident events that support community engagement Supervise and support on-site team members, including hiring, scheduling, and training Manage vendor relationships and oversee work completed on the property Assist with budgeting and help control expenses while maximizing community revenue Complete administrative tasks such as reporting, filing, and record keeping Work with the Regional Manager to achieve community performance goals Perform other duties as assigned Requirements At least 2 years of experience in property management, hospitality, or management Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Ability to obtain a Home sales license if required by state law Basic Microsoft Office skills Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills Ability to resolve conflicts and handle on-site issues professionally Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to work evenings or weekends when needed, including emergency situations Experience with property management software is a plus
