What You'll Do Oversee daily operations of a self-storage property while balancing customer service, sales, and facility management. Key Responsibilities Maintain daily operations of the self-storage property Convert inquiries into rentals (phone, internet, walk-in) Sell boxes, locks, and packing materials Manage accounts receivable including collections and deposits Ensure property cleanliness and appearance standards Market to local businesses and apartment managers Maintain accurate customer records Perform light maintenance and cleaning duties Conduct preventive maintenance tasks Monitor property condition and report issues Oversee contractors and vendors Manage foreclosure documentation and assist auctions Manage truck rentals and vehicle maintenance Qualifications High School Diploma or GED 2+ years in sales, customer service, leasing, or rentals Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Strong communication skills Availability for weekends and some holidays Eligible to work in the United States Desired Skills
