Job Description

Property Manager MRD Apartments at Davis Estates in Shelbyville, TN. is seeking a customer focused property manager to join our team! MRD offers a robust benefit package that includes:

Responsibilities:
Manage tenant interactions, including inquiries, complaints, and lease enforcement. Coordinate property maintenance and repairs with the maintenance team. Oversee leasing, advertising, and tenant screening. Manage property budgets and finances. Ensure property compliance with regulations.
Qualifications:
Proven property management experience in market rate portfolios. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Knowledge of property management software like Yardi or similar is a plus. We are an equal opportunity employer. All applicants will be considered for employment.
