MRD Position Summary:

The Assistant Property Manager assists all areas of operation including office administrative, financial, safety, team member management, marketing, leasing, and resident relations.

Responsibilities:

Assist with tenant interactions, including inquiries, complaints, and lease enforcement. Marketing, Leasing, advertising, and tenant screening. Assist with property budgets and finances.

Qualifications:

2+ years property management experience in market rate portfolios. Excellent communication, written and organizational skills. Sales and Marketing Knowledge of property management software like Yardi or similar is a plus. • Must be able to pass a criminal background check. Exceptional customer service skills. Pay:

$40,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
