Nights and weekends are required. Duties Oversee daily residential operations, ensuring compliance with long-term care regulations and health policy standards Develop, implement, and monitor individualized care plans tailored to residents' needs, including Alzheimer's, dementia, and memory care services Supervise and lead care teams, including nursing staff, social workers, and support personnel, fostering teamwork and high-quality service delivery Manage medication administration processes accurately and safely in accordance with healthcare guidelines Maintain detailed documentation using Microsoft Office tools for care records, incident reports, and regulatory compliance reports Coordinate with healthcare providers, families, and community resources to ensure comprehensive resident support Oversee budgeting, financial management, and resource allocation to optimize operational efficiency while maintaining quality standards Experience Proven management experience within residential or long-term care facilities such as nursing homes, assisted living communities, or group homes Extensive knowledge of long-term care regulations, health policy compliance, and dementia or Alzheimer's care best practices Strong background in nursing leadership or healthcare administration with experience supervising multidisciplinary teams Familiarity with disability services and working with individuals with developmental disabilities or complex health needs Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications for documentation and reporting purposes Demonstrated ability to develop care plans that address residents' physical, emotional, and social needs Experience managing budgets, financial resources, and operational logistics within healthcare or senior living environments This role is perfect for proactive leaders who are passionate about elevating resident care through effective management and compassionate supervision.
