• Job Overview
• As a Property Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a residential property, ensuring tenant satisfaction, and maximizing property revenue.
• Duties
• Manage all aspects of assigned properties
• Advertise and show available units to prospective tenants
• Screen potential tenants and negotiate leases
• Collect rent payments and handle delinquent accounts
• Coordinate maintenance and repairs with vendors
• Enforce lease agreements and handle tenant complaints
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing regulations
• Skills
• Proficiency in property management software
• Strong administrative skills
• Knowledge of LIHTC, Section 8, and other affordable housing programs
• Ability to upsell additional services to tenants
• Excellent phone etiquette for effective communication with tenants and vendors
• Understanding of real estate administrative processes
