We are currently seeking an Assistant Property Manager to join our team at our recently acquired apartment community in Covington, Louisiana. This is an excellent opportunity for someone currently in property management or someone interested in starting a career in property management. No prior experience is required — we are willing to train the right candidate with a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn. Responsibilities Greet and assist prospective and current residents Conduct apartment tours and assist with leasing activities Answer phones, emails, and office inquiries professionally Process rental applications and maintain resident files Assist with rent collections and resident communications Coordinate and follow up on maintenance requests Support daily office operations and administrative tasks Help maintain occupancy and resident satisfaction Assist with our social media and community marketing efforts Help plan and organize community events Qualifications Excellent customer service and communication skills Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Basic computer and office skills Professional, dependable, and team-oriented High school diploma or equivalent preferred Previous leasing, sales, hospitality, retail, or customer service experience is a plus, but not required Schedule Monday to Friday Some weekends may be required Work Location Palmetto Greens Apartments in Covington, LA If you are looking for an opportunity to grow with a company and build a career in property management, we encourage you to apply today.
