This dynamic role requires a proactive leader with strong administrative skills, comprehensive knowledge of property management tools, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service. As a key member of our team, you will manage leasing activities, coordinate maintenance, enforce lease agreements, and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations including Fair Housing laws and LIHTC guidelines. Your energetic approach and problem-solving skills will drive the success of our properties while fostering positive relationships with tenants, vendors, and team members. Responsibilities Oversee all aspects of property operations, including leasing, rent collection, maintenance coordination, and tenant relations Manage lease or rental agreement processes from application to move-in, ensuring accuracy and compliance with legal standards Utilize property management software such as Yardi and OneSite to maintain accurate records of tenant information, rent payments, and maintenance requests Enforce lease terms and property policies while resolving conflicts through effective conflict management strategies Conduct regular property inspections to ensure proper maintenance and safety standards are met; coordinate repairs using facilities management. Administer budgeting processes, track expenses, and optimize revenue through upselling amenities or services when appropriate Maintain thorough documentation for legal administrative purposes, including filing contracts, notices, and incident reports in accordance with Landlord-Tenant Law and Fair Housing regulations Communicate proactively with tenants via phone and client relationship management systems to address inquiries promptly and professionally Lead a team of staff members or vendors to ensure smooth property operations while fostering a collaborative work environment Skills Extensive experience with property management platforms such as Yardi, OneSite, and property management tools. Strong knowledge of Landlord-Tenant Law, Fair Housing regulations, LIHTC compliance and Section 8 programs preferred. Proven ability in conflict resolution, negotiation, and client communication to maintain positive tenant relationships Excellent administrative skills including data entry, filing, office experience, and legal documentation management Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) for reporting and correspondence Experience managing budgets, lease agreements, contracts, and upselling opportunities within a property management context Skilled in facilities management practices including property maintenance oversight and vendor coordination Exceptional customer service skills combined with professional phone etiquette to handle tenant inquiries effectively Demonstrated leadership in team management with the ability to motivate staff and coordinate multiple tasks efficiently
