Full Time Location:

Lake Charles, LA We are seeking a friendly, organized, and motivated bilingual Property Manager to join our team and oversee the daily operations of our apartment community. Experience is helpful, but we are willing to train the right person with a positive attitude and strong work ethic. Key Responsibilities Oversee the overall appearance and operations of the property Coordinate with cleaning personnel and maintenance staff Ensure all work orders are completed accurately and in a timely manner Greet residents and prospective tenants with a friendly, bubbly demeanor Contact applicants on the waiting list when units become available Assist with leasing activities and resident communication Promote the property through basic social media marketing Maintain accurate records and assist with light administrative tasks What We're Looking For Strong communication and customer-service skills Positive, upbeat personality Good organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to multitask and follow through on deadlines Basic computer and smartphone skills Willingness to learn and grow Bilingual required Reliable Transportation - must have own vehicle

Pay:

$14.00 - $16.00 per hour
