Full Job Description Basic Functions:
Assist tenants in registering and navigating the SRSA Tenant Portal.
Perform routine administrative tasks:
Receive, respond to, and/or route incoming property management calls. Collect, review, and edit payroll documents including timesheets, vacation trackers, activity reports, mileage reports, and out-of-pocket expenses for the department bi-weekly. Review and process invoices for property bill-backs. Maintain users and devices for the company Verizon account. Update tenant contact lists and email distribution groups. Maintain tenant contact information in applicable emergency broadcast software. Update Appletree/Stericycle after-hours answering service contact protocols. Perform property accounting and financial administration duties: Post tenant rent payments and monitor accounts receivable. Follow up with tenants regarding past due rent and outstanding balances. Receive, review, code, and process vendor invoices for assigned properties. Coordinate check processing, mailing, and distribution to vendors. Prepare monthly financial reporting packages for assigned properties. Complete monthly bank reconciliations. Assist with annual Common Area Maintenance (CAM) reconciliations. Assist in preparing annual operating budgets and budget revisions. Order uniforms, cell phones, safety equipment, and tools for maintenance engineers. Order janitorial supplies for properties. Collect and scan tenant leases and insurance policies to Dropbox. Maintain Managed Properties spreadsheet. Provide backup coverage and relief support to the Customer Support Coordinator. Assist other departments as needed.

Highly developed written and oral communication skills, including the ability to communicate across digital platforms and in-person Detail oriented and highly organized Effective time management, including prioritization of time sensitive items and the ability to meet deadlines Strong interpersonal skills to support relationships with a broad range of stakeholders Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and other related tools Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills
Education & Experience Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent (associate's degree in business, management or real estate preferred) Real Estate license preferred Previous experience in property management or real estate (minimum 2 years preferred)
