$75,000-$95,000 per year, depending on experience About theRole:
We are seeking an experienced Property Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of two residential apartment communities in North Andover and Methuen, totaling approximately 192 units . This is a hands-on position for someone who can take ownership of the portfolio and manage leasing, resident relations, maintenance, vendors, rent collection, and overall property operations. Key Responsibilities Oversee daily operations of two residential properties. Manage leasing, applications, move-ins, move-outs, renewals, and vacancies. Maintain strong relationships with residents and respond to questions and concerns. Coordinate maintenance, repairs, inspections, and preventive maintenance. Manage contractors, vendors, and service providers. Conduct regular property inspections and ensure buildings and grounds are well maintained. Monitor rent collection and delinquent accounts. Maintain accurate tenant, lease, and property records. Review invoices and monitor property expenses. Assist with budgeting and property reporting. Address resident issues and enforce lease terms and property policies. Ensure compliance with Fair Housing requirements and applicable Massachusetts regulations. Communicate regularly with ownership/management regarding property performance and priorities. Qualifications 3+ years of residential property management experience preferred. Strong knowledge of apartment leasing and property operations. Excellent communication, customer service, and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities independently. Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills. Experience coordinating maintenance and outside vendors. Familiarity with property management software and Microsoft Office. Knowledge of Massachusetts landlord/tenant regulations and Fair Housing requirements preferred. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
