We are seeking a Condominium Portfolio Manager in the greater Boston area. This person will manage properties in Arlington, Watertown, and Cambridge, this individual will work at all 3 sites, traveling between (the expectation is 1 day in Arlington; 1 day in Watertown; 3 days in Cambridge). Previous condominium management and experience with condominium boards are required. Experience managing capital projects is highly preferred.
Primary Responsibilities:
Ensures efficient operation of condominium communities within established guidelines. Provides superior customer service to residents, condominium owners/board members. Drafts and completes annual budgets following both company and client guidelines. Prepares monthly board packages, attends monthly meetings, and completes requested action items between board meetings. Works with subcontractors to maintain the properties. Provides administrative support for the properties. Responds to resident requests in a timely, efficient, and courteous manner. Effectively utilizes all company software (Vantaca) for, storage, processing work orders, vendor contracts, meeting minutes, board packages, unit owner communication, as well as software for invoice processing. Completes weekly site visits to all properties within the assigned portfolio.
Requirements:
Excellent resident relations skills Understanding of condo documents and association by-laws Strong communication skills, both verbal and written Proven leadership skills & ability to take initiative Superior judgment and decision-making skills 2 - 5 + years of experience in condominium management A bachelor's degree in a related field preferred Experience with Vantaca preferred Experience with capital project management.
