- $60,825 GENERAL SUMMARY In partnership with residential management, implements a comprehensive system of highly personalized residential supports which create a safe and therapeutic environment for program participants.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
- Hires, trains, evaluate, and provide support to Residential Supervisors assigned to residences; ensures Residential Supervisors understand program and performance standards.

Bachelor's degree preferred. Minimum 6 years prior experience including 3 years residential management and staff management experience and 3 years supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, autism, brain injuries or other unique challenges. Knowledge of regulatory compliance. Prior supervisory experience required. Ability and willingness to provide hands-on personal care. Strong organizational skills. Must be able to effectively communicate in both verbal and written form with coworkers and supported individuals and read fluently. Valid driver's license in the state of Massachusetts required. Successful completion of all state and Agency mandated trainings required upon hire. Successful completion of Medication Administration Training certification required upon hire.SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITY
Supervises Residential Supervisors and Direct Support Professionals.WORKING CONDITIONS/PHYSICAL DEMANDS
