Job Summary The Property Manager will serve as a primary point of contact for condominium Boards, homeowners, residents, and vendors. This position requires someone who can manage multiple communities, prioritize competing responsibilities, communicate effectively, and follow through on issues from start to finish. This is a 30-hour-per-week position, with some flexibility in scheduling. Occasional evening meetings may be required for Board or association meetings. Responsibilities Manage the day-to-day operations of assigned condominium communities Communicate professionally with Boards of Trustees, homeowners, residents, and vendors Respond to homeowner and resident questions, concerns, and maintenance requests Coordinate and oversee maintenance, repairs, inspections, and community projects Obtain and review vendor proposals and coordinate contractors Schedule vendors and ensure work is completed properly and timely Conduct property inspections and identify maintenance or safety concerns Attend condominium Board meetings and prepare follow-up items Prepare and distribute community communications, notices, and violation letters Assist Boards with budgets, projects, maintenance planning, and general operations Maintain accurate records, correspondence, work orders, and project information Follow up on outstanding issues and ensure commitments are completed Coordinate with accounting and management staff regarding association financial matters Assist with condominium transitions and onboarding of new communities Enforce association rules and regulations in a professional and consistent manner Qualifications Previous property management, condominium management, facilities management, or related experience a plus but not necessary - will train. Strong organizational and time-management skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities Professional and confident when communicating with homeowners, Board members, and vendors Strong problem-solving and follow-through skills Comfortable using email, Microsoft Office, and property management software Ability to read and understand contracts, proposals, invoices, and association documents Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Must be comfortable visiting condominium sites.
