Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and compassionate Residential Program Manager to lead and oversee the daily operations of our residential care facility. In this vital role, you will coordinate staff, manage resident care plans, ensure compliance with regulatory standards, and foster a nurturing environment for individuals with diverse needs. Your leadership will directly impact the quality of life for residents, promoting dignity, independence, and well-being in a supportive community setting. This position offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful difference while utilizing your expertise in senior care, memory care, and operations management. Duties Supervise and support staff to deliver exceptional assisted living services tailored to each resident's needs Develop, implement, and monitor personalized care plans in collaboration with healthcare professionals and families Oversee medication administration and ensure adherence to safety protocols and regulatory requirements Manage daily operations including budgeting, staffing schedules, and resource allocation to optimize facility efficiency Foster a positive environment that promotes resident engagement, social activities, and overall well-being Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations related to Department of Developmental Services Lead staff recruitment, training, performance evaluations, and ongoing professional development initiatives Requirements Preferred Bachelor's degree or 3 years of relevant experience Strong background in managing residents with developmental disabilities, Alzheimer's disease, dementia, or memory impairments Supervisory experience and the ability to guide Direct Support Professionals Knowledge of care planning processes, medication management, and regulatory compliance standards Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage budgets and operational workflows effectively Join us if you're passionate about leading compassionate teams dedicated to enriching the lives of residents through quality care. From $65,000.00 per year
