Job Description The Dartmouth Group is hiring a Property Management Assistant for its location in Lexington. The Property Management Assistant supports several Portfolio Managers and Site Staff to provide seamless customer service to our residents and board members. Essential Functions Draft communications and documents for management, residents, and board members. Manage ongoing, incoming communications from Portfolio Managers, Site Staff, Board Members, Residents, Accounting, and Team members in a timely fashion. Maintains condominium documents, contracts, regulations, phasing, violations, and all related correspondence. Provide administrative and customer support to Portfolio and Community Managers, including coordination of monthly meetings, facilitating maintenance requests, scheduling appointments, and unit owner requests. Provides administrative support to residents during the sale and/or refinancing of unit(s) and modification requests/approvals. Business partner to Portfolio Managers and board of directors; advocate for residents. Database management for assigned properties. Other duties as assigned. Hourly pay rate is $24-$26. Requirements 1 year of experience in a fast-paced customer service and administrative role. A great entry-level opportunity for those looking to get into the property management field. Strong communication skills (both written and spoken) High level of attention to detail, initiative, accountability, and adaptability. Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple deadlines. Must be able to build strong relationships at all levels: team members, site staff, residents, and board members.
