Production Manager - Residential Remodeling Cutler Building & Remodeling, Inc. We're looking for an experienced Production Manager to lead our production team and oversee the successful execution of residential remodeling projects. You'll provide leadership to our Project Managers and field teams while ensuring projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the quality standards our clients expect. What You'll Do Lead, coach, and support Project Managers, Assistant Project Managers, carpenters, and production staff Oversee multiple residential remodeling projects from preconstruction through final completion Manage company-wide production scheduling, staffing, and workload planning Support Project Managers by resolving escalated field issues and removing roadblocks Partner with the preconstruction team to ensure projects are fully prepared before construction begins Monitor project budgets, job costs, change orders, and profitability Maintain high standards for quality, safety, documentation, and jobsite professionalism Build strong relationships with subcontractors and hold trade partners accountable for quality and performance Improve production processes, reporting, and operational efficiency to support continued growth Collaborate with company leadership to strengthen accountability, consistency, and project execution What We're Looking For 8+ years of residential remodeling or custom home construction experience 3+ years leading Project Managers, Superintendents, or production teams Strong knowledge of residential construction methods, scheduling, budgeting, quality control, and jobsite operations Proven ability to coach, mentor, and develop high-performing teams Experience managing multiple active projects and production schedules Excellent communication, organization, leadership, and problem-solving skills Experience with construction management software; JobTread experience is highly preferred and CompanyCam experience is a plus Valid driver's license with the ability to travel regularly to local jobsites What Success Looks Like Within this role, you'll help ensure: Projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and to Cutler's quality standards Project Managers receive the leadership, coaching, and accountability needed to succeed Homeowners experience proactive communication and a well-managed construction process Production schedules and workflows remain organized, efficient, and predictable Strong partnerships are maintained with subcontractors, vendors, and field teams while protecting profitability and delivering exceptional workmanship Compensation & Benefits $115,000-$125,000 annual salary , depending on experience Performance bonus opportunities Vehicle allowance or mileage reimbursement Health insurance 401(k) Paid Time Off and paid holidays Technology and professional development support Long-term career opportunity with an established residential remodeling company Why Join Cutler Building & Remodeling?
