May also assist owners or a board of directors with regulatory compliance or compliance with community association rules. Manages the operation of commercial or residential properties. Oversees the collection of rents and payment of bills, taxes and insurance for properties, and provides property owners with reports on finances and the status of properties. Directs leasing operations, or equipment and machinery rentals, for a company or business. Determines charges and prepares rental or lease agreements; supervises inventory, equipment maintenance and recordkeeping for leasing operations.

Position offers a great opportunity for exposure to a variety of asset classes including mixed-use residential and commercial properties. Responsibilities Oversee day-to-day operations for assigned properties, including tenant relations, lease administration, collections, maintenance coordination, and overall property performance. Serve as the primary point of contact for prospective residential and commercial tenants by conducting property tours, responding promptly to inquiries, and managing the leasing process from initial interest through move-in. Maintain current knowledge of property availability, pricing, and promotional opportunities to support effective marketing efforts and maximize occupancy. Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with residential and commercial tenants while supporting a high standard of service and performance. Negotiate contractor and vendor agreements to ensure quality service, cost effectiveness, and alignment with company objectives. Review, monitor, and track project invoices to support accurate budgeting, reporting, and timely payment processing. Evaluate and negotiate contractor payment applications and change order requests in coordination with internal stakeholders. Required Skills and Qualifications Demonstrated strong work ethic and high level of professionalism, with the ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, produce quality work, and meet strict deadlines. Sound judgment and practical problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop effective solutions in a dynamic environment. Excellent customer service skills, with strong verbal and written communication abilities. Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment while managing multiple projects across various phases and locations.
