Collects fees or dues, responds to requests or complaints, supervises maintenance, oversees work done by contractors, and provides accounting of income and expenses. May also assist owners or a board of directors with regulatory compliance or compliance with community association rules. Manages the operation of commercial or residential properties. Oversees the collection of rents and payment of bills, taxes and insurance for properties, and provides property owners with reports on finances and the status of properties. Directs leasing operations, or equipment and machinery rentals, for a company or business. Determines charges and prepares rental or lease agreements; supervises inventory, equipment maintenance and recordkeeping for leasing operations.

Full Job Description Property and ESG Administrator The Opportunity:
National Development is seeking a Property and ESG Administrator to support our ESG strategy and the Property Management department from our corporate management office in Newton Lower Falls, MA. The ideal candidate is a team player with strong multitasking and problem-solving skills. This role must manage multiple tasks and responsibilities, with a focus on superior tenant and building customer service, and requires excellent written and verbal communication skills to support our Asset and Property Management teams. As a Property and ESG Administrator, your primary responsibilities are:
Property Management and Lease Administration:
Assist Property Management staff to ensure that members of the building management team are responsive to tenants and ownership and work to establish and maintain close relationships with all Assist with the management/administrative demands of the building management office, including but not limited to, lease administration, reporting, filing, and organizing Review Tenant aging reports, coordinate with the Property Manager on collection status and alert the Property Manager of any default situations Support Property Manager on coding/submitting vendor invoices to Accounts Payable Provide prompt response to Tenant questions, including maintenance complaints, etc. and keep Property Manager informed of service issues Manage Certificate of Insurance (COI) database for Tenants, Vendors, and others performing work on site and ensure that COIs are current and limits meet building requirements Manage vendor contract database and ensure that service contracts are current. Collect new vendor information, including COIs and W-9's and ensure that vendors are set up Set up and maintain building information in building work order system Support Property Manager in the coordination and execution of Tenant events Support the corporate Asset and Property Management team with day-to-day lease administration across the portfolio, including lease abstract review and organization of lease files and documentation Track and monitor critical lease dates, including commencement, expiration, renewal options, rent escalations, and termination rights, and proactively flag upcoming deadlines to the Asset and Property Management team Maintain the lease administration database and filing system, ensuring lease data is accurate, complete, and kept up to date Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG)
Management:
Maintain the environmental data set and collection plan. Ensure timely and accurate reporting of all relevant ESG-related performance, in line with our objectives and targets Manage the data collection process with our third-party provider so that we better understand our environmental impacts and can manage them more effectively Produce periodic environmental and sustainability performance reports, highlighting progress against our various objectives/targets and in response to stakeholder and investor requirements Assist with ESG corporate reporting and benchmarking requirements. Bachelor's degree preferred Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) Self-motivated, independent individual desired Client service-oriented attitude Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal Working knowledge in the field of property management and/or real estate preferred Experience in Angus, Kardin and MRI a plus Understands the importance of efficiency and know how to work smart, not just hard A passion for sustainability
