Home Location:
Located just 20 minutes north of Boston, The Chase at Overlook Ridge gives you access to both city and suburbs. You'll be just minutes from Revere Beach, great shopping, restaurants, and easy access to Boston. This position is located in affordable communities that are covered by government regulations. A bit more about what you'll do… Making appointments, receiving and screening visitors and telephone calls using a telephone script. Maintaining and controlling confidential files and records. Preparing leases for occupancy and making initial computation of rents and monthly payments according to authority policy. Reviewing applications and interviews applicants for housing. Maintains the waiting list of applicants for housing and determines applicant eligibility. Maintaining continuing compliance and resident relations, upholding all fair housing principles, and applying the unique Program rules correctly including the student, unit transfer, unit vacancy and available unit rules. Qualifications 2-4 years of related experience. Generally has specific experience in the regulatory occupancy field. Additional Information AIR offers attractive total compensation packages designed to recognize and reward performance at the individual, team and company levels. We start with a competitive base salary and add bonus opportunities and benefit choices topped off with: Expected pay rate of $26 to $32 per hour. You will be provided a pay rate that is in line with your skills and experience as they relate to the requirements of the job. Paid time off including vacation, sick time, and 14 holidays. Medical, dental, vision , and life insurance options, HSA/FSA plans, short and long-term disability paid by the company. 25% Rent Discount at any AIR community (a rental application is required, and certain exclusions apply). 401(k) plan with up tp 6% employer contribution. Paid parental leave of up to 16 weeks. Tuition assistance program and up to 100% reimbursement for job-related certifications and licenses. 15 hours of paid time annually for community service .
