Walnut Street Center is a not-for-profit human service agency that empowers adults with Intellectual Disabilities to live engaged and meaningful lives. WSC provides this by offering quality, outcome-based services which meet evolving stakeholder's needs and bring together caring, engaged, and informed family members, friends, community partners, and employees to support these individuals. WSC is actively seeking a full-time Residential Program Manager to supervise a home supporting adults with Intellectual Disabilities. This role is interesting because you will: Handle all aspects of staffing; scheduling, on-call, training, supervision and relationship management. Provide case management; develop and implement all aspects of ISPs, schedule medical appointments, program and clinical reviews. Complete or delegate the completion of administrative tasks, including but not limited to: staff payroll, updating of manuals and approval/ reconciliation of petty cash funds, house accounts and representative payee accounts. Conduct and supervise the teaching of activities of daily living, including but not limited to: social skills, personal routines, financial management. Serve as a liaison between Agency and the individuals' family, friends and guardians. Implement and oversee the implementation of behavioral interventions. Implement and oversee the implementation of emergency procedures that ensure the safety of the individuals, both in the home and within the community. Administer and oversee the timely and accurate administration and documentation of administration of medication(s). Maintain a physically safe work environment and report work related injuries/incidents to Human Resources in a timely manner. Perform other duties as assigned by management. You are qualified if you have: Experience managing a group home Experience working with Individuals with ID/DD High school diploma or equivalent Must be able to pass OIG, CORI, SORI and Driving background checks Valid Driver's License required Valid MAP certification is required Excellent verbal and written communication skills Covid-19 Vaccination Card How our values show up in this role:
