Walnut Street Center is hiring full time Residential Program Manager to work with Individuals with ID/DD in one of our Residential Programs. We are a nonprofit human service agency that provides adults with developmental disabilities the opportunity to live engaged and meaningful lives. •Candidates must have managerial experience and experience working with this population.
Essential Duties:
Handles all aspects of staffing; scheduling, on-call, training, supervision and relationship management. Case Management; develops and implements all aspects of ISPs, schedules medical appointments, program and clinical reviews. Completes or delegates the completion of administrative tasks, including but not limited to: staff payroll, updating of manuals and approval/ reconciliation of petty cash funds, house accounts and representative payee accounts. Conducts and supervises the teaching of activities of daily living, including but not limited to: social skills, personal routines, financial management. Serves as a liaison between Agency and the individuals' family, friends and guardians. Implements and oversees the implementation of behavioral interventions. Implements and oversees the implementation of emergency procedures that ensure the safety of the individuals, both in the home and within the community. Administers and oversees the timely and accurate administration and documentation of administration of medication(s). Maintains a physically safe work environment and reports work related injuries/incidents to Human Resources in a timely manner. Performs other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements:
