SEEKING COMMERCIAL and Residential
PROPERTY MANAGER
West Springfield, Massachusetts | Bilingual English/Spanish required Temp to Hire Opportunity Property Management Group manages a growing portfolio of residential and commercial real estate throughout Western Massachusetts. We are seeking an experienced and motivated Property Manager who enjoys tenant relations, property operations, leasing, and working in a fast-paced environment. This position offers the opportunity to work directly with ownership, make a meaningful impact on property performance, and help support the continued growth of our commercial portfolio.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Serve as the primary point of contact for commercial tenants Coordinate leasing activities, tenant move-ins, and move-outs Advertise available commercial spaces and assist with tenant placement Coordinate maintenance requests and vendor services Conduct regular property inspections Track work orders and ensure timely completion Assist with operating budgets and property expenses Maintain accurate property records and reporting Support ownership with asset management initiatives Perform administrative duties related to commercial property operations Requirements Minimum two (2) years of property management experience Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously Reliable transportation and valid driver's license Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and AppFolio Bilingual English and Spanish Experience with leasing and tenant relations
